Ceremony Services
(Needing Separate Sound System at Different Venue):


Ceremonies taking place “off site”, at totally separate locations or venues are contracted separately.  (See below, ceremony only packages)

Ceremony Only: Daytime Package -

•  Description – For prelude & ceremony music.  Restricted to morning or early afternoon events scheduled to end no later than 4:00 PM.  Music for specific activities customized to suit needs and tastes of the client.
•  Equipment - Mini-sound system. - 2 self powered speakers, CD players and mixer and one hand held microphone on a stand.  Ask about rental fees if you have specialized or additional equipment needs such as additional microphones for ministers or soloists.
Upgrade to lavaliere microphone -
•  Personnel - One DJ / Sound Technician (1) Staff person
         
Ceremony Only: Evening Package -

•  Description – For prelude & ceremony music for events going beyond 4:00 PM.  Music for specific activities customized to suit needs and tastes of the client.

Note: If you have lesser needs for your ceremony (only one speaker for smaller groups, background music only, etc), let us know and we will price out your equipment needs to assure that you are only paying for the equipment you actually need for your event.


The Photo-Booth Experience


Includes up to one additional hour of non-performance time if needed, unlimited sessions, unlimited prints and 2 attendants to assist and entertain your guests.  Ask about specials on props and digital copies of all images.  Ask about weekday or off-peak seasonal discounts.          



Microphone Options

Corded Microphone:  For readers, soloists or speakers or toasts where a lot of mobility is not needed -

Wireless Hand Held Microphone:  For readers, soloists use during ceremony when more mobility is required -  

Microphone Stand:  To allow for hands free operation with mics above -

Classic Wired Microphone + stand:  For a more classic look in photos when used for toasts during reception – a popular add on for a classier image - (includes stand)

Wireless Lavaliere Microphone:  For minister or other speaker during ceremony -

Microphone Mixer:  When inputs for PA or instruments are needed beyond the capacity of a standard DJ mixer (2). -

Satellite Speaker:  (JBL 10” speaker)  Remote speakers placed to send music or announcements to another room or area (with stand) -

Satellite Speaker: (JBL 15” speaker)  Remote speakers placed to send music or announcements to another room or area (with stand)  -

Wireless Hook-Up - or standard cable run for satellite speaker  -

Separate Music Source - for satellite speaker (CD or MP3 player) -

Portable Sound System:  Conceal it under a table or behind a chair to provide background music in a small cocktail area -

Bose Premium Sound System Upgrade:  For the ultimate in elegance and sound quality
(As an upgrade from standard sound system).

15” Mini-sub Cabinet:  To add a little extra bass for larger groups - 

15” Full Powered Sub:  For very large groups where you need some extra thump -

Connection Fee:  To connect musical instruments or other outside devices to our sound system set up. -

Karaoke System:  CD+G player, monitor, stand, CD+Gs & two microphones for karaoke singers to put on a show -



Special Services

Custom Playlist for prelude or cocktail music:  You can select any style of music for these periods of the event and we will compile a playlist with no fee.  If you desire a custom list of specific songs for these periods, that requires studio time beyond the scope of a typical event, studio fees do apply.  These usually require at least 1 hours of studio time for each. -

Custom Remixing:  If couples need a specific part of a song looped or need parts of serveral songs pre-mixed (such as for an evolution of dance skit) the same studio charges apply as above. -

Customized Recordings: Come into our office and record a special message from you to your dad to be played  just before you walk down the aisle or from the bride and groom to each other to be played as you begin your first dance -

Venue Visits & Demonstrations: Visits to a venue to demonstrate lighting possibilities or to asses the need for additional sound equipment can be made available.  Any fees charged for such visits can be credited to the cost of the additional equipment that is added to the client's original agreement.  In other words, you would only pay these fees if you choose not to add the addtional features.
